Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SNERGY Consulting (“we”, “us”) handles your information when you use the Calibr8AI website. We collect as little as we can, use it only for the purposes described here, and never sell it.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Details you give us. When you join the waitlist, register interest in a product, or book a calibration, we collect the name and email address you enter, and which form you submitted.
• How you use the site. We record anonymous interaction events — for example, liking a video or demo, or opening a form — to understand what people find useful. These events are tied to a random, anonymous identifier stored in your browser, not to your name or email unless you choose to sign up. We also store basic technical details your browser sends, such as your browser type (user-agent) and the page that referred you.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we don’t ask for it.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about access, your interest, or a booking you requested.
• To understand which content and features resonate, so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site against abuse and keep it working reliably.

Where your information is stored

Signups and interaction events are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (provided by Neon / Vercel) and the site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country. We share your information with them only to run this service — not for their own marketing.

If we add analytics or email tools later (for example, a tag manager or an email provider), we will update this policy to name them.

Cookies & local storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser’s local storage to keep a random anonymous identifier (so repeat visits aren’t double-counted) and a local copy of interaction events. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep signup details for as long as needed to follow up with you and maintain our records, and interaction events for as long as they’re useful for understanding and improving the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canada’s PIPEDA, the EU GDPR, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@snergy.ai and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Calibr8AI is intended for businesses and professionals. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
